IC-4S ( "IC-Force" ) is a group of
manufacturer's representative companies
operating in the Benelux (Belgium, The
Netherlands and Luxembourg), Iberia (Spain
and Portugal) and France.
We serve the electronic components and
systems distributors for the represented
product lines and we cover the
manufacturer's Major & Global Accounts. We
are considered to be a full extension of the
manufacturer's sales force and provide an
interesting formula for subcontracting sales
activity.
The company was founded in 1999 by Dimitri
De Vos, Manu Roelants and Sibe Ypma and has
a total of 11 employees. You can directly

From the start it was proven that the
concept of subcontracting sales activity to
independent teams is very beneficial for
most manufacturers that want to exploit the
representative' s line synergy, local
expertise, scaling of operations among
others.
It allows them to very quickly enter a
market and benefit from the cost savings
provided by the representative's scaling.
The focus of the company is on demand
creation rather than on fulfilment and
logistics, although in some particular cases
this might be also one of our activities,
especially when products are related to
software solutions such as Operating Systems
(QNX), IP-Cores or other software products.
Also we encourage the cooperation with
distribution channels to exchange
information and coordinate actions to better
serve the end customers.
The company is fully scalable in terms of
territory or number of represented lines and
is in full expansion. Currently IC-4S is
looking to cooperate with more suppliers for
its activities in 6 countries.
