Using 0.25, 0.15, 0.13, and now, advanced 90nm copper process technology running on 12 inch wafers, GSI has created the broadest line of fast, low power, high density SRAMs in the industry. GSI Technology has several families of synchronous SRAMs, including No Bus Turnaround (NBT) and Synchronous Burst SRAMs. We also offer a full suite of SigmaRAM, SigmaQuad, SigmaQuad-II, SigmaCIO DDR-II, and SigmaSIO DDR-II SRAMs. Our product line is rounded out with the largest selection of asynchronous SRAMs available, most of which are the fastest and lowest power devices of their type in the world.
